Ingredients
1 kg Pork
Salt
2 onions
15 red chilies
6 green chilies
1 large pod of garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ sugar
Today Vinegar as required
Method
Start with cutting of pork into small pieces, wash it and
towel dry each piece and apply salt. On other hand grind red
chilies,garlic,cumin and required vinegar to grind it till smooth paste.Apply
the ground paste to pork and marinate for 2 hrs or can do for overnight leaving it in refrigerator .Arrange the
marinated mixture in earthen pot or non-stick casserole,then add onions cut
vertically ,sugar,vinegar little and salt as per taste ,allow it to cook on
medium flame until pork is cooked well.Best to serve with goan pav or poi .
