Sandwich is a food item consisting of one or more types of food,such as vegetables,cheese slice,or meat between the slices of bread .its served either just like that or grilled.Sandwich is just loved by every one whether small or big or old.The taste and crunch of fresh veggies is just great.Sandwich can be quick bite at anytime,it may be breakfast,lunch or tea snack or dinner.Its light to digest and we don feel heavy after eating sandwich.
Today my recipe is for grilled sandwich with some vegetables ,cheese,mayonnaise and lastly grilled to give that little smoky flavour.

8 Slice Breads
1 Large onion cut into thin rings
1 Large tomato cut into thin rings
2 Small Capsicums sliced into thin rings
4 Cheese Slice
1 Cup Mayonnaise
- Take Bread slice,apply butter and place the first layer onions,then second layer tomato and third layer capsicum.
- Than spread mayonnaise as required,place cheese slice and then cover with other bread slice .
- Grill on electric grill or grill pan for 2-3 min.
- Its Ready serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
