Mutton Shimmered in tomato and red chili paste

Serving 4-5
cooking time 30 min

Ingredients

1/2 kg mutton (if tender no need to pressure cooker)
2 medium onions (fried and make paste)
2 large tomatoes (paste)
2 table spoon red chili paste (soaked in hot water for 30 min and make paste)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste

Method

If Mutton is not tender then pressure cooker with little oil,small amount of cinnamon,5 cloves,2 ilaichi,pressure cook for about 15 min (approx 5 whistles).once mutton is cooked keep it aside,meanwhile in kadhai add little oil,then add onion paste and fry well,then add chili paste again fry the masala for 3 min, then add tomato and ginger/garlic paste, mix all the masala well and let it cook on medium heat for about 5 to 10 min till the oil separates from the masala's.Add mutton and stir well in gravy,  add salt if required,  let the mutton cook in gravy on slow fame for about 15 min, while serving garnish green coriander. Serve with roti's , Naan's or Rice.!!!!
