{Recipe}Methi Paratha|Fenugreek Leaves Paratha

"Methi Paratha" or "Fenugreek Leaves Paratha " is flat Indian bread prepared using methi leaves while kneading and with some other ingredients of your choice. Methi Paratha is one of the healthy option in your Breakfast Plan. As we all aware of its benefits in, digestion, rich in iron, maintaining sugar level and many more .
So its very much essential that we include Methi in our Diet in form of Methi sabzi/Baji or Methi Rice, Methi leaves in Dal, or Methi seeds. Due to its bitter taste its always been disliked by kids and some Adults. So Methi in the form of Paratha can be a great recipe to feed your fuzzy kids .

Methi/Fenugreek Greens was a must at my place and Mum most of the time prepared by adding Tur Dal or Moong Dal or even fresh coconut on top & it tastes great.

Ingredients
3 Cups Of Wheat Flour
2 Cups Of Methi Leaves Finely Chopped
1 Large Onion Chopped
1 Table Spoon Ginger -Garlic Paste
1 Table Spoon Chili paste/Crushed
1 Tsp Garam Masala
Salt as per taste
Water for Kneading
Oil for Toasting the Paratha

Ingredients
                                                                                                                                                               
1.Take the wheat Flour in a large bowl,ten add the chopped Methi Leaves,Chopped onions,Ginger-Garlic paste,Green Chili paste,Garam Masala,Salt.
                        
   2.Mix all the ingredients well.Add water and start to Knead the Mixture.                                                                                        
 3.Knead to smooth and soft Dough.Then take ball size dough and roll it to thin roti/flat Bread.
                         
  4.The rolled flat bread place it on hot Tava and toast it until light brown.                             
                                             
 5.Place all the fried Paratha's on plate and there the tasty and healthy Paratha's ready to enjoy with Curd or Tomato sauce.
