Ingredients
4 drumsticks cut and cleaned
1 large onion
1 tomato
1/2 coconut scrapped
curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method
In one deep pan add oil ,once oil is heated add mustard and curry leaves,once splattered add chopped onions and stir well.Than add chopped tomatoes,turmeric powder and mix well,add drumsticks,salt and toss well ,allow it cook for 5 min,add water if required.Remove the lid than add the scrapped coconut on top and again let it cook on for 5-7 min on slow flame.Serve hot as side dish or can eat just plain .!!!
