Ingredients
1 kg fresh sea water Crab
1 small coconut scrapped
2 large onions
3 table spoon dry coriander seeds
10 red chilies
5 gloves of garlic
4 cloves
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. cumin seeds
small round tamarind
10 pepper corns
Method
In pan add oil once heated add onions ,sauté till golden brown ,than add the crabs which are already marinated in salt and turmeric powder for 5-10 minutes, toss it well in onion, cover the lid and allow it to cook on slow flame. Meanwhile on other side ,add little oil in pan and fry onion and coconut till golden brown, then add the remaining ingredients i.e. coriander seeds, cumin, tamarind, red chilies, garlic, and pepper corns, roast it for 1-2 min along with coconut. Once the ingredients are cooled grind it into fine paste. The same ground masala add in crabs and cook until the masala nicely gets immersed in crabs. Serve with Hot rice .Can also eat with Goan Pav. If eaten on next day its more tastier :)
