Method
Firstly
boil baby potatoes and then peel and keep it aside. keep kadai on
stove add oil and once heated add curry leaves, finely chopped onion and turmeric
.once onion fried add chilly flakes,kasoori methi and at last add boiled
potatoes and salt .stir well till potatoes get mixed well with masala,cover and
keep on slow fame so its cooks for 2min,once cooked well garnish with coriander
leaves and serve hot .can be served as starter or side dish for vegetarian’s
