1 small cup scrapped fresh coconut
2 green chilies
1 inch ginger
5 flakes of garlic
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 small lemon
2 tsp sugar
salt as per taste

Method
- Take a mixer jar and add all the ingredients mention above ie ,green coriander cleaned and washed,green chilies,fresh coconut,ginger,garlic,cumin seeds,juice of one lemon,salt and sugar.
- Add required water and grind it into smooth and thick paste.
- Best served as spread for sandwich bread along with butter spread on other bread.
