Method
- Wash the cut wedges of potato and dry it kitchen towel.
- Than for wedges apply salt,basil,pepper,oregano,chili flakes and mix well.
- Than heat the pan ,add olive oil/normal oil and shallo fry the wedges till golden brown.
- Enjoy the hot wedges with hot tea in this Rainy season.
