Ingredients
500 kilo gram chicken cut into pieces
1/2 kg tomatoes
4 onions
10 large flakes of garlic
2 inch of ginger
4 green chilies
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
20 cashew nuts
1 tsp peppers
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chili powder
100 gram butter
1/2 cup fresh cream
salt for taste

Method
- First Marinate chicken with ginger/garlic paste,turmeric,salt and lemon,let it marinate for 25 min
- On the other hand in one pan add water,in that add tomatoes,onions chopped roughly,cashew nuts,peppers,green chilies,chili powder ,ginger,garlic and cook for 5 min.
- Once cooled down grind it to smooth paste and keep aside.
- Than in pan add butter once butter is melted add chicken and cook it in butter for 10 min till chicken is golden brown
- Once you find chicken is cooked well than add the ground paste and salt,stir the gravy well along with chicken.
- Cook for more 5 min ,add water if required and cook for about 15min on slow flame till gravy starts boiling.
- At last add fresh cream and mix well in chicken and again cook for 2-3 min.
- While serving again garnish with fresh cream.Server with Naan or roti or rice.
