1/2 kg long beans
3 green chilies
1 cup scrapped coconut
2 medium size onions
1 large tomato
10 curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
oil

Method
- First cut the long beans in small pieces,than in pan add oil,once heated add curry leaves.
- Once curry leaves crackle,add chopped onions,saute for 1 min and than add chopped tomatoes.
- Let the onion and tomato cook for 2 min,than add turmeric and long beans.
- Mix and toss long beans in onion and tomato mix,than add salt and mix again and allow to cook for 5 min on slow flame.
- Open the lid and than add scrapped coconut and mix well again,cover the lid and again allow to cook for more 6-8 min.
- Best to be served with Roti or goan pao/pav Its just yum to have with Pao :)
