Most of the kids don't like paneer and act very fuzzy when comes to eating.so making paratha's is a nice way to hide and make kids eat :). But i am among lucky parents because my child just loves paneer so i don't have to struggle much .follow the recipe and you will find Simple and easy way to make you kids eat Paneer or cottage cheese.

For Dough
water for kneading
For stuffing
250 gram Paneer/cottage cheese (graded)
2 onions finely chopped
1 Tsp Garam Masala
2 green chilies
Green Coriander chopped
salt to taste
Ghee for frying Paratha's
Butter for Garnish

wheat flour(as required)
saltwater for kneading
For stuffing
250 gram Paneer/cottage cheese (graded)

Method
- First and foremost Knead wheat flour and keep aside,make sure dough is soft and smooth.
- On the other hand ,take one deep bowl and in that add the paneer and smash it properly,than add chopped onions,chopped green chilies,green coriander,salt and garam masala .
- Than mash and mix all the above ingredients very well and keep aside.
- Take small size dough and roll it into small roti by dusting flour.
- In the center of the roti place the paneer filling and now pack the roti and shape it in ball size.
- Than again roll it into medium size paratha ,make sure the stuffing doesn't come out.
- Fry the paratha with ghee till golden brown.
- serve hot by placing butter on top.Enjoy the paratha with curd or Tomato sauce.
