Kids Lunch Box Idea's 1


Its always very important to pack healthy food for your growing kids,who requires lots of energy for the amount of Time they spend in school studying and playing.I also add bus snack for Clive as he enjoys eating with his bus buddies😋#cliveslunchbox

 •Snack-Fruits (kiwi &Oranges)

•Lunch-Bhindi bhaji/sabzi (curry leaves tadka ,then tossed in onions,tomatoes and few Indian masala's like turmeric,chili powder, garam masala and salt as per taste)cooked vegetable on low flame without water.(no water added)

- organic wheat flour Chapati(#tattva )with ghee
