{Recipe}Masala Omelette Sandwich

 
Simple masala  Omelette sandwich best options for Sunday breakfast with Family members.We all love eggs, and most of the folks enjoy egg recipes because its easy and quick to cook.

More people like sunny side fry, boiled egg, egg bhurji, scrambled egg and many more. Masala omelette between the slice bread or the hard crush pao gives amazing taste which makes it a good addition to your breakfast menu.You can also roll the omelette in chapati .

Ingredients
4 Eggs
2 Medium onions finely chopped
1 Medium Tomato finely chopped
2 -3 Green chilies finely chopped
1/2 small cup chopped coriander
1/4 Tsp pepper crushed
1 Tsp of garam masala
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Step wise preparation
1.Take a big bowl and add the chopped ingredients that is onions,tomatoes,chilies,coriander.
2.Also add dry ingredients and eggs.
3.Mix all the ingredients well.Make sure masala and salt mix well.
4.Keep a Tawa or non-stick pan.Once pan heated add oil ,Then once pan little heated pour the egg mixture and spread all over the pan.
5.Cover the lid over the pan cook on slow flame for 3-5 min.
6.Open the lid and turn the egg carefully,repeat the flipping twice until the egg masala nicely cook.
7.Once done place the egg masala between the slice bread and enjoy,You an also enjoy egg with Goan pao.
