Ingredients
Tender beef  ½ kg ( thin sliced)

Green masala (includes  green coriander one bowl , green chilies 5 to 6 depending  on spice, 1 tsp black peppers, 3 cardamom ,2 large sticks of cinnamon,5 cloves, 10 garlic flakes,1 inch ginger,1/2 tsp turmeric, grind all these into fine paste using vinegar )

Salt

Rava or bread crumb to roll the cutlets.

Method

Take the beef slices and one by one flatten it more thinner with hammer or stone, once done then wash well and drain all the excess water, later apply salt and green masala and mix well and allow to marinate for over night or for max about 5 hours, once nicely marinated take one piece at a time and roll  in rava or bread crumb and press hard between your palms so it gets stuck nicely to the beef slices, meanwhile heat oil in pan and fry the beef till cooked well and till the color changes to light brown.  Serve hot with salad of your choice
